01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Prometheus Vitality website and any purchase you make from Prometheus Vitality LLC ("Prometheus Vitality," "we," "us"). By accessing the site, completing verification, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

02Research Use Only Products

Every product we sell is intended solely for in-vitro research and laboratory development by qualified individuals. By purchasing, you represent and agree that:

• You will use products only for lawful in-vitro laboratory research
• You will not use, administer, or provide any product to humans or animals in any form, including by ingestion, injection, inhalation, or topical application
• You will not relabel, repackage, market, or resell any product as a drug, dietary supplement, food, or cosmetic, or for human or animal use
• You are knowledgeable in the safe handling, storage, and disposal of research chemicals and will follow applicable laboratory safety practices
• You are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to your purchase, possession, and use of these products

Prometheus Vitality does not provide dosing, usage, or medical guidance of any kind, and no content on this site should be read as such. Product descriptions and Certificates of Analysis are provided for research reference only.

03Eligibility and Age Verification

You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site or purchase products. You agree to provide accurate information during verification and checkout. We may request additional documentation, such as business or institutional credentials, before approving an order or wholesale account, and we may refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

04Orders, Pricing, and Payment

• All orders are subject to review and acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel any order, including orders we reasonably believe involve non-research use.
• Prices, wholesale tiers, and availability may change without notice. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected, and affected orders may be cancelled.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the full order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping.
• Purchases made through third-party vendors or platforms are subject to that vendor's terms, and Prometheus Vitality is not responsible for their products or services.

05Shipping and Risk of Loss

Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier. Shipping timelines, damaged shipments, and return eligibility are covered in our Shipping and Returns policy.

06Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use any product for human or animal consumption or any purpose other than in-vitro research
• Provide false information during verification or checkout
• Purchase on behalf of anyone under 21 or anyone who intends non-research use
• Copy, scrape, or republish site content or Certificates of Analysis without permission
• Interfere with the site's security or operation, or attempt unauthorized access
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose

07SMS Messaging Terms

By checking the SMS consent box on our forms and submitting your phone number, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Prometheus Vitality LLC, including catalog updates, order and shipping notices, account alerts, and promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include major U.S. networks such as AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. You must be 21 or older to participate. 08Accounts and Passwords

If you create an account or wholesale login, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

09Intellectual Property

All site content, including the Prometheus Vitality name, logo, mascot, text, graphics, and product information, is owned by Prometheus Vitality LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print content for your own research records only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission. Anything you submit to us, such as feedback, may be used by us without obligation to you.

10Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available." Certificates of Analysis reflect third-party testing of specific batches. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. No product is warranted as safe or suitable for any use other than in-vitro research. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and are not endorsements.

11Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prometheus Vitality LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue.

You assume all risk associated with the handling and use of products. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prometheus Vitality LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising from your misuse of any product, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law.

12Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, cancel pending orders, or close your account at any time and without notice if we believe you have violated these terms or intend non-research use. Upon termination, you must stop using the site. Sections that by their nature should survive, including Sections 2, 10, 11, and 13, remain in effect.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchases will be resolved by binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The current version and its effective date will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
