01Purpose of These Terms

These Research Use Terms set the conditions under which Prometheus Vitality LLC ("Prometheus Vitality," "we," "us") sells research compounds. They apply to every visitor, verification, order, and wholesale account, and they work alongside our Terms of Service. If these Research Use Terms conflict with any other policy, these terms control.

Research Products are intended solely for in-vitro research and laboratory development. They are:

• Not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, or cosmetics
• Not approved or evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any use
• Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or condition
• Not for use in humans or animals under any circumstances

04Purchaser Representations

By verifying or purchasing, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into this agreement
• All information you provided during verification and checkout is true and accurate
• You are purchasing only for lawful in-vitro laboratory research
• You have the knowledge, training, and facilities to handle research compounds safely
• You are not purchasing on behalf of anyone who intends non-research use
• You will keep products under your control and out of reach of unauthorized persons

05Strictly Prohibited Activities

You agree that you will not, and will not allow anyone else to:

• Administer any Research Product to a human or animal by any route, including ingestion, injection, inhalation, or topical application
• Relabel, repackage, market, or resell any Research Product as a drug, supplement, food, or cosmetic, or for human or animal use
• Represent any Research Product as having therapeutic, performance, or health benefits
• Resell Research Products without a written wholesale agreement with Prometheus Vitality
• Purchase for, or transfer products to, anyone under 21

06Qualified Purchasers and Credentials

We may ask any purchaser to provide proof of qualification before approving an order or wholesale account. This may include institutional or business affiliation, a business license or tax ID, or a description of the research being conducted. We may refuse any order or account if we cannot confirm qualification.

07Handling, Storage, and Safety

Research compounds must be handled only by trained individuals in an appropriate laboratory setting. You are responsible for:

• Following standard laboratory safety practices, including appropriate protective equipment
• Storing products under the conditions listed on the label and Certificate of Analysis
• Labeling and securing products to prevent accidental exposure or misuse
• Disposing of products and waste in accordance with applicable regulations

08No Medical, Dosing, or Usage Guidance

Prometheus Vitality does not provide medical advice, dosing information, or instructions for use in humans or animals. Our team will not answer questions about personal use, and any such inquiry may result in order cancellation and account termination. Nothing on this website, in our communications, or on our labels should be interpreted as guidance for non-research use.

09Product Information and COAs

Product descriptions, specifications, and Certificates of Analysis are provided for research reference only. COAs reflect independent third-party testing of specific batches. We do not guarantee that any product is suitable for a particular experiment, and you are responsible for verifying fitness for your research.

10Enforcement

If we reasonably believe a purchaser intends or has engaged in non-research use, or has violated these terms, we may, without notice:

• Refuse, cancel, or hold any pending order
• Suspend or permanently close the associated account
• Decline future business with the purchaser and related parties
• Report the activity to appropriate authorities where required or appropriate

Orders cancelled for violations of these terms may not be eligible for a refund, to the extent permitted by law.

11Assumption of Risk and Indemnification

You assume all risk arising from the purchase, handling, storage, use, and disposal of Research Products. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prometheus Vitality LLC and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses, including attorney fees, resulting from your misuse of any product or your breach of these terms.

12Compliance With Laws

You are solely responsible for knowing and following all federal, state, and local laws that apply to purchasing, possessing, and researching these products in your location. We may decline to ship to any jurisdiction where these products are restricted.

13Related Policies

These terms should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Shipping and Returns, and SMS Terms. We may update these Research Use Terms at any time, and the version posted on this page with its effective date applies to all orders placed after that date.

14Your Acknowledgment

When you check the research use box during verification or checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Research Use Terms. We keep a record of each acknowledgment, including the date and time it was submitted, as described in our Privacy Policy.
