Shipping and Returns

01Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after payment clears and your age and research use verification is complete.

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern on a business day typically ship the same or next business day
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day
• Orders flagged for additional verification ship once review is complete

02Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates that begin once your order ships and are not guaranteed by the carrier.

03Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally. We may decline to ship to any location where the purchase or possession of research compounds is restricted, and it is your responsibility to confirm that your order complies with local laws.

04Tracking and Delivery

Every order includes a tracking number, sent by email and, if you opted in, by text message once your package ships. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Address changes can be requested before an order ships by contacting us right away.

05Packaging and Handling on Arrival

Products ship in discreet, protective packaging. Lyophilized compounds are stable for standard transit times. On arrival, inspect your package promptly and store products according to the storage conditions listed on the product label and Certificate of Analysis.

All products are for in-vitro laboratory research only. Handle them according to standard laboratory safety practices.

06Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your package is marked delivered but you cannot find it, contact us. We will open a claim with the carrier and work with you on a resolution.

• Check with neighbors, building management, and your mailroom first
• Carrier delays due to weather or volume are outside our control
• Replacements for lost packages are issued once the carrier claim is resolved

07Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the outer box, packaging, and affected product
• The batch or lot number on the product label

Once reviewed, we will send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion. Do not ship anything back unless we ask you to.

08Returns Policy

Because our products are research compounds, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped, including for change of mind or ordering errors. This protects product integrity for every customer. The only exceptions are damaged, defective, or incorrect orders reported within 48 hours as described in Section 7.

09Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are refundable only when the error was ours.

10Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order at no charge before it ships by calling or emailing us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We may also cancel any order that fails verification or that we believe involves non-research use, as described in our Research Use Terms.

11Wholesale and Bulk Orders

Wholesale and bulk orders may require additional processing time and may ship in multiple packages or by freight. Shipping timelines, costs, and delivery terms for wholesale accounts are confirmed with you before the order ships. For wholesale inquiries, call (954) 516-2943.
